Bulk beef is sold on carcass weight and is a flat rate per pound. This rate is determined by market price at time of purchase.

Carcass Weight x Market Price Per Pound = Buyer Total
The processing facility charges a processing fee, but Flying C Ranch covers this fee for the buyer.
